Optimized technical search engine requirements and traffic funnels to help newly launched and renewed brand websites secure top positions on search engine results pages (SERPs). Beyond keyword stuffing, we built a technical foundation through site structure improvements and loading speed optimization to capture both quality and volume of organic traffic.
The Challenge
- Weak Search Visibility: New sites weren't properly indexed in search results, and low SEO scores placed them below competitors
- Performance-Driven Bounce: Unoptimized images and inefficient loading caused slow page speeds, negatively impacting UX and SEO rankings
Strategy / Solution
- Technical SEO Infrastructure: Reconfigured indexing for major portals (Google, Naver), generated XML sitemaps, and optimized robots.txt to improve crawling efficiency.
- Web Performance & Load Speed Optimization: Introduced lazy loading to reduce bounce rates, optimized images, and established technical SEO guidelines.
- SERP-Based Content Strategy: Conducted SERP research to develop core keyword and meta tag strategies, directly managing YouTube channel hashtags and metadata.
